| dc.description.abstract | e-Health 정책은 ‘e-Health 수명주기를 선도하고 관리하는 기술서, 지시사항, 규칙, 법률, 지침 및 규정의 집합’으로 e-Health 발전방향을 설정하고 유도하는 데 그 의의가 있다. 그동안 보건복지부, 정보통신부, 산업자원부 등 관련부처에서 수립, 시행하고 있는 e-Health 관련정책들을 전(全)국가적 차원의 정책이라기보다는 각 부처 특성에 따른 공공중심의 정책으로 e-Health의 가치를 충분히 발휘할 수 없었다. 이러한 e-Health 정책수립에 있어 국가차원의 제도적측면, 서비스측면, 기술적측면, 사회문화적측면, 기반측면에서의 광범위하고 포괄적인 검토와 전략이 필요하며, 이에 기반한 정책추진주체별 역할설정이 필요하다 할 것이다. |
