| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 한국과 일본의 여성노동시장 구조의 두 가지 측면에서의 공통점에 주목한다. 첫째, 양국 이중노동시장 구조 내에서 여성이 ‘외부자화’되어 있는지를 논하고, 둘째, 양 국가에서 공통적으로 보이는 M자형의 연령별 노동시장 참가율을 노동시장의 지위별로 분석함으로써, M자형 여성노동시장 구조가 여성의 외부자화와 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 분석하였다. 이러한 두 측면에서 여성의 외부자화가 지속되는 현상을 설명하기 위해, 본 연구는 1990년대 후반부터 한국과 일본에서 본격적으로 도입 및 실행되기 시작하는 노동시장 유연화 정책, 여성고용정책 그리고 젠더레짐과 가족정책을 분석한다. 즉, 양국 정책들이 어떻게 제도적 상보성을 이루어 이중노동시장에서의 여성의 외부자화가 지속되는 결과를 초래하게 되었는지 설명한다. 마지막으로, 분석결과를 바탕으로 한국과 일본에서 두드러진 여성노동의 외부자화 현상과 노동시장 정책의 조합이 가지는 정책적 함의를 논의하였다. |
