| dc.description.abstract | 2009년 스티글리츠 위원회에서는 국민총생산(GDP)의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 대안적 사회 목표를 탐색하였고, 아시아의 저개발 국가인 부탄에서 국민총행복지수를 통해 이를 실현하였다. 국민이 행복한 사회를 만들려는 부탄의 정책 실험은, 비교적 부유하지만 국민 개개인은 충분히 행복하지 않은 한국 사회가 주목할 만한 의미를 가진다. |
