| dc.description.abstract | 2016년까지 OECD 35개국 중 최저임금을 도입한 국가는 2015년에 도입한 독일을 포함해 총 27개국에 달한다. 아직 최저임금을 도입하지 않은 이탈리아와 스위스는 최저임금의 도입을 논하고 있다. 영국은 지난 4월 25세 이상 근로자의 최저임금을 기존보다 50펜스 많은 7.20파운드로 올렸으며 미국의 유력한 당선 후보자인 힐러리 클린턴은 연방 최저임금을 현재의 7.25달러에서 12달러로 인상하겠다고 밝혔다. 금융위기 이후 불평등이 심화되고 사회계층 간 고용, 임금 격차가 벌어지면서 최저임금 논의도 새로운 국면을 맞고 있다. |
