dc.description.abstract	유럽연합과 터키는 난민 송환 협약을 지난 3월 18일에 체결하고 4월 4일 대부분 파키스탄 출신으로 구성된 난민 197명을 1차 송환했다. 터키는 난민을 재수용하는 대가로 30억 유로의 재정지원과 터키 국민의 유럽 무비자 입국 허가를 얻어내고 유럽연합 가입 협상의 속도를 높이게 되었다. 그리스에서는 난민 송환 협약에 불만을 품은 수천 명의 난민이 폭력 시위를 벌여 협약의 이행이 순탄하지 않을 것을 예고했다.
