| dc.description.abstract | 2015년 12월 12일 교토의정서에 이어 신(新)기후체제를 수립할 파리 기후 협정이 채택되었다. 파리협정은 지구 평균 온도의 상승폭을 산업화 이전 대비 섭씨 2도로 제한하자는 목표를 세우고, 목표 달성을 위해 협약 당사국이 제출한 자발적 온실가스 감축방안을 매 5년마다 점검·갱신하는 유연한 메커니즘을 도입했다. 선진국은 2020년까지 연간 1,000억 달러의 기후 자금을 조성하겠다는 기존의 목표를 2025년까지 연장하고, 2025년에 연간 1,000억 달러 이상의 기후 자금 조성에 관한 재협상을 실시하기로 합의했다. 저탄소경제의 시대가 도래했다. |
