dc.description.abstract | 본고는 OECD Better Life Index(2014)를 활용하여 ‘삶의 질’에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 구조방정식을 이용한 인과관계모형 추정 결과, 삶의 질을 개선하기 위한 정책적 함의가 도출되었다. 첫째, 높은 근로조건은 일과 삶의 균형에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 나아가 건강한 삶을 만들어 ‘삶의 질’을 높인다. 둘째, 높은 근로조건은 소득수준을 높이고, 나아가 주거의 질을 개선시킴으로써 ‘삶의 질’을 높인다. 세 번째로 교육수준은 ‘삶의 질’에 영향을 주는 직접효과를 나타내었다. |
