| dc.description.abstract | - 위임제네릭은 특허를 가진 오리지널 의약품 생산회사가 직접 또는 위탁 생산하여 제네릭명으로 판매하는 의약품으로 특허기간 중에 시장진입이 가능하고 이와 관련한 특허분쟁이 발생하지 않음 - 위임제네릭은 2000년대 이후 미국에서 빠르게 증가해 왔으며, 그것이 제네릭 개발과 시장경쟁에 미치는 영향과 관련하여 논란이 있음 - 국내 의약품시장에서도 위임제네릭이 출시되는 사례가 나타나고 있으며, 향후 의약품시장에서의 제품 경쟁과 국민의 저렴한 의약품에 대한 접근성에 영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 실증적인 고찰과 정책적 관심이 필요함 |
