| dc.description.abstract | ▣ 연구의 필요성 및 목적 -1978년에 성안된 우리나라의 사회지표체계는 1987년에 일차 개편에 이어 1995년2차 개편한 바 있으나 우리 사회는 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 모든 면에서 급속한 변화가 계속되고 있음. -이와 같은 사회경제적 여건변화 속에서 우리의 생활모습을 정확하게 반영하고, 앞으로 우리가 나아가야 할 발전방향을 제시하기 위하여 현행 지표체계를 개편하는 데 그 목적이 있음. ▣ 주요내용 -국민의 관심도에 부응할 수 있도록 사회지표체계를 현실을 반영할 수 있도록 개편하였음. -지자제 실시에 따른 지역별 사회지표의 준거가 될 수 있는 표준적인 사회지표체계를 개발함. -정보화 사회에 대비하는 지표체계를 개발함. -개편내용은 '부문' 및 '관심영역'의 개편과 함께 추가 또는 삭제되어야 할 지표를 선정하여 현실을 잘 반영할 수 있도록 개편하였음. ㆍ 필요한 부문의 설정과 부문간의 조정 및 관심영역의 재조정을 통하여 관심영역별로 지표를 추가함. ㆍ 유용성이 낮다고 판단되는 지표는 삭제하되, 지표의 시계열 유지 측면에 신중을 기함. |
