dc.description.abstract	이 연구의 목적은 현재 불평등 수준과 향후 예상되는 불평등 수준에 대한 인식을 중심으로 복지태도의 영향요인을 실증적으로 확인하는 것이다. 연구 목적의 달성을 위하여 재정패널조사 9차년도(2016년)에서 14차년도(2021년)까지의 6개년 데이터를 활용한 패널 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 분석 대상인 복지태도는 크게 1) 복지정책 수용도 2) 복지수혜범위에 대한 태도 3) 정부의 복지책임에 대한 인식 4) 재정확대에 대한 수용의사로 개념화하였다. 분석 결과, 현재 사회의 불평등의 정도를 높게 인식할수록 복지정책에 대한 수용도가 높았고 복지수혜범위가 저소득층 및 사회적 취약계층에 선별적으로 집중되어야 한다고 인식하며, 불평등을 완화하기 위한 정부의 복지책임이 크다고 판단하는 경향이 있었다. 미래 불평등 수준에 대한 인식의 경우 복지정책 수용도 및 정부의 복지책임에 대한 인식과 정(+)의 관계를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 현재뿐만 아니라 미래의 불평등 수준에 대한 인식을 중심으로 여러 시점에 걸친 데이터를 활용하여 복지태도의 영향요인을 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
dc.description.abstract	This study explores determinants influencing welfare attitudes, with a focus on perceptions of current and anticipated future levels of inequality. Using data from the Korean Public Finance Panel Survey 2016~2021 (waves 9~14), panel analysis was conducted, and a one-way fixed effect was chosen to estimate the effects. The welfare attitudes under investigation can be broadly conceptualized as follows: 1) acceptance of welfare policies; 2) attitudes toward universal welfare provision; 3) views on government responsibility to reduce differences in income levels; and 4) willingness to accept fiscal expansion. The results show that those who perceive the current level of societal inequality as high are more accepting of welfare policies. They also recognize the need for targeted concentration of welfare benefits on socially vulnerable groups and tend to believe in the government's significant responsibility in alleviating inequality. As for perceptions of future inequality levels, a positive relationship was confirmed with perceptions of the government's responsibility. This study offers insights into the factors influencing welfare attitudes over multiple time points, focusing not only on the present but also on perceptions of future inequality levels.
