| dc.description.abstract | - 식품이 건강 위해와 건강 편익을 모두 야기할 수 있는 잠재력을 가지고 있다는 인식이 확대되고 있기 때문에 Health Risk-Benefit Assessment에 따른 순 건강영향수준의 평가가 필요함 - 유럽식품안전국(EFSA)은 “식품으로 인한 인체의 건강 위해와 건강 편익의 관계를 평가하기 위한 가이드라인”을 개발하여 위해-편익 평가의 체계와 접근방법을 제시하였고, 전 세계적으로 위해-편익 평가결과를 토대로 하여 관련 정책과 제도를 마련하고 있어, 우리나라도 Risk-Benefit Analysis의 활성화와 정착을 통해 관련 정책의 질 제고가 요구됨 |
