| dc.description.abstract | 노인부양문제를 해결하기 위해 2008년 노인장기요양보험 제도가 시행되었다. 노인장기요양보호서비스를 제공하는 핵심인력은 요양보호사로서 이들의 직무만족도를 높여 요양보호서비스의 수준을 높이는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 노인요양시설에서 종사하고 있는 요양보호사의 사회적 지지가 통제변수를 고려한 상태에서 직무만족에 영향을 미치는지를 연구목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 노인요양시설의 요양보호사 300명이 설문조사에 응답한 내용을 분석하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 통해 이루어졌으며, 분석방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도검증, T검증, F검증, 위계적 회귀분석 등이다. 분석결과 요양보호사의 개인특성과 직무환경을 통제한 상태에서 요양보호사의 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 요양보호사의 사회적 지지가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 분석결과는 노인요양시설에 종사하는 요양보호사의 직무만족을 높여 요양보호서비스의 질을 높이는데 있어 요양보호사에 대한 사회적 지지가 매우 중요하다는 점을 시사해 주는 것이다. |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social support on the job satisfaction of care workers. This study investigated 300 care workers at long-term care facilities in Gyeonggi Province. The independent variable is the social support for them. The dependent variable is their job satisfaction. The control variables are the personal characteristics and job environment of care workers. The statistical methodologies are frequency, reliability, T-test, Oneway Anova, and hierarchical regression analysis. The analysing result is that the social support of care workers affects their job satisfaction to a great extent. |
