| dc.description.abstract | -「환자조사」 자료를 통해서 본 노인의 의료이용은 노인 인구비율을 상회하는 증가를 보이며 급성기 질환은 정체 또는 감소하고 있으나 만성 및 노인성질환 의료이용이 급격히 증가하고 있음. 의료보장의 확대와 요양병원이 많이 개설되면서 75세 이상 노인 환자의 평균재원일수가 길어지고 의료기관 임종 환자가 급격히 증가하고 있음 - 건강증진과 건강운동실천 사업으로 의료이용 증가를 둔화시키고 국민의료비 증가 완화를 위하여 공공의료기관 확충과 보건기관의 의료서비스 향상이 필요함 |
