| dc.description.abstract | 북한 보건분야의 MDGs 달성도에 대한 중간평가 결과, 결핵, 취약 모성 및 아동의 사회적 보호, 식수 및 주거환경 개선이 중점 지원 분야로 도출되었다. 이들 분야는 상호 밀접한 바, 단독 개별사업으로 이루어지는 분절적 사업형태를 탈피하여 지역단위 접근(districtwide approach)을 통한 전략이 지원성과를 제고할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 건강 불평등이 심각하므로 MDGs 달성을 위해서는 양강도, 함경북도, 자강도의 농촌지역에 집중 지원하는 목표화된 중재전략이 필요하다. 이에 이들 취약지역 및 소외계층에게 접근할 수 있도록 북한당국은 국제사회와의 개방적 글로벌 파트너십 구축이 파급력이 있는 성과를 거둘 것으로 예상되었다. |
