| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라의 국민연금기금이 복지사업을 할 수 있게된 근거는 일본의 공적연금기금이 복지사업을 1960년대 시작한 것을 국민연금법에서 벤치마크한 데서 기인한다. 그러나 일본공적연금이 투자한 복지사업은 수요감소와 부동산버블붕괴 등 내외적 요인으로 인해 모두 청산한 상태이다. 우리나라의 경우 이러한 전례에도 불구하고 국민연금기금에 의한 복지투자활성화에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본고는 복지사업의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 대안으로 부동산투자로서 가치가 있는 연금회관의 확충을 통해 복지사업을 수행하는 경우를 상정해 보았다. |
