| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 최근 급격히 증가하고 있는 결혼이주여성의 서비스 이용여부 및 이용수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석함으로써 대상별 ? 욕구별 서비스 제공에 대한 정책적인 함의를 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 Anderson & Newman의 서비스 이용 모델을 기초로 요인들을 소인성 요인, 가능성 요인, 욕구요인으로 구분하여 각각의 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 중요한 영향을 보인 요인은 소인성 요인으로 특히 연령, 학력, 자녀수, 취업상태, 국적 등은 결혼이주여성의 서비스 이용 여부를 결정하는데 높은 영향력을 보여주고 있다. 반면 가능성 요인에서는 사회적 지지망이, 욕구요인에서는 차별경험의 유무가 중요한 영향력을 보여주는 등 서비스 유형에 따라 부분적으로 유의미한 영향력을 보이고 있어 각 요인별 중요도는 서비스 이용의 유형에 따라 상이한 것으로 드러났다. 요인별 서비스 이용수준의 영향을 살펴본 결과 결혼이주여성의 경우 소인성 요인이 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 결혼이주여성의 인적 특성에 따른 서비스 이용 욕구에 대한 연구가 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 결혼이주여성의 특성 및 환경을 고려한 서비스 지원체계가 마련되어야 하며, 사회적 지지망의 형성을 고려한 서비스 유형의 개발이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 또한 서비스의 사각지대에 있는 대상자들이 다수 존재하고 있는 점을 고려할 때, 서비스 욕구 및 대상자 특성을 고려한 서비스 지원체계와 함께 서비스 접근성을 높일 수 있는 다양한 전략이 필요할 것이다. |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine the factors affecting the utilization of social services among immigrant women in Korea. Based on the model of service utilization by Anderson & Newman, this study examines the effects of predisposing, enabling, and need factors on the probability and level of service utilization. Empirical results show that the predisposing factors such as age, educational level, the number of children, employment status, and nationality have generally significant effects on the probability of service utilization. Meanwhile, certain variables such as ‘social network’ among the enabling factors and ‘experience of discrimination’ among the need factors are relevant in predicting the probability of service utilization. Among the immigrant women, the predisposing factors have significant effects on the level of social service utilization. These findings imply that it is necessary to establish a service system that is better customized to the various needs and living conditions of immigrant women. |
