| dc.description.abstract | - 2011년 세계보건기구는 건강의 사회적 결정요인에 주목하고 지역간 건강불평등 완화를 위한 지역차원의 중재 실천을 결의함. 우리나라의 대표적인 보건의료 목표인 국민건강증진종합계획(제3차 종합계획)은 16개 도달 목표를 제시하고 있으나 평균치의 개선에만 초점이 맞추어져 있고 집단간 격차를 줄이는 목표와 대안의 제시 및 지역적 개입의 접근 전략은 부족함 - 지역을 기준으로 한 의료이용 분석은 불평등한 상황에 처한 개인에 대한 파악 외 지역수준의 의료자원의 양과 분포, 고위험군의 분포 등의 지역 특성을 고려한 분석을 가능하게 하며 더 나아가 지역단위 의료정책의 평가에 근거한 다양한 정책개발을 가능하게 할 것임 |
