People's consciousness towards the nation and society is very important in making policies. The political trend is affected by people's value system and ideology. Political stance also affects policies of a nation. In other words, it is a basis in determining beneficiaries, types of benefits, and amounts of benefits. As long as the government establishes policies based on people's consciousness, their social needs and their intentions, citizen's satisfaction with society can be increased and thus social integration can be incremented. Since socially shared values and attitudes of the people influence social welfare system and various social policies, and be very useful reference in predicting the future of a society, it is urgent to detect people's attitudes toward society. In particular, to analyze people's attitudes and needs is inevitable to construct the social system in this era of value confusion and social conflict. This study analyzes people's attitudes towards politics, society, welfare policies, economic changes, wealth distribution, symbiosism, etc. By analyzing the attitude changes of the citizens for the past 7 years, it has tried to make some scientific foundations in realizing a society with justice.
