| dc.description.abstract | 외국의 경우 식품 제조·가공, 운반, 보관, 판매 등 식품 관련 영업들이 대부분 등록 또는 허가 개념의 관리를 받고 있는 반면, 우리나라의 경우 신고제가 유지되면서 실제적으로는 행정기관의 재량이 개입될 여지가 있는 절차로 운영되고 있다. 따라서 식품안전관리의 선진화와 수준 제고를 위하여 영업 관리의 명확하고 합리적인 정비를 통한 안전관리 개선이 요구된다. 특히 우리나라도 사전시설 점검을 운영하여 일정 위생수준에 준한 업체에 한하여 영업을 수행하도록 하고, 우수위생관리기준에 준한 법적 시설기준 강화를 추진 할 필요가 있다. |
