| dc.description.abstract | - 본고에서는 기후변화와 식품안전에 대한 일반국민들의 인식수준을 체계적으로 파악할 기본 모형을 개발하여 인지도, 이해도, 확신도 및 행동도의 인지행동 단계에 따라 인식조사 결과를 살펴보았음 - 기후변화와 식품안전에 대한 일반국민의 인식도를 넓힐 수 있는 국가차원의 정보제공과 필요한 실천항목에 대한 홍보 및 이를 실천하기 위한 교육 등을 통하여 기후변화에 대응하는 식품안전 실천 의식을 강화시켜야 함 - 국가 차원의 적극적인 기후변화 대응 식품안전 정책 마련을 위하여 전문 인력 확보와 함께 국제기구 뿐 아니라 관련 부처들과 지방자치단체 및 식품산업체의 상호 협력 강화가 필요함 |
