| dc.description.abstract | - 외국의 신약 급여체계에서 희귀의약품은 다른 신약과 동일한 기준으로 평가되어 급여 및 약가가 결정되고 있으며, 질병의 중증도 및 치료적 혁신성이 고려되어 높은 약가로 급여되기도 함 - 희귀의약품은 시판 전 효과성, 비용효과성 등에 관한 근거가 불충분하므로, 시판 후 추가근거자료 수집을 조건으로 급여하는 경우가 있음 |
