| dc.description.abstract | 미국의 u-Health는 개인이 건강관리를 책임지는 민간형 구조로 민간보험사와 IT, 의료관련 대형 벤더 등을 중심으로 서비스 시장이 형성되어 있다. 정부차원에서는 의회, 보건부, 국방부 등을 중심으로 u-Health 관련 입법, 정책, 표준화 및 기술 개발을 적극적으로 추진중에 있다. 그리고 보험급여법을 제정하여 u-Health 수가를 반영하고 있으며, u-Health 서비스에 대한 책임은 대면진료에서 발생하는 책임과 동일하며 구체적 책임소재는 참여하는 의료기관 및 환자간의 상호계약으로 결정하고 있다. 미국의 u-health 표준화는 IEEE, HL7, ISO/TC 215, CEN/TC 251, CHA 등의 기구에서 의료기기와 의료 시스템간의 데이터 전송기술의 표준과 상호운용 가이드라인을 개발하고 있다. |
