| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 지역사회 정신보건현장에서 서비스 제공자(사회복지사)와 수요자(정신장애인 당사자)를 대상으로 Q방법론을 적용하여 정신장애인의 자기결정에 대한 인식유형과 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 관련전문가에 대한 심층면접과 문헌고찰을 종합적으로 분석하여 34개의 Q표본을 선정하였고, 지역사회에서 재활중인 정신장애인과 사회복지사 총 46명을 P표본으로 표집하여 분류하도록 하였다. 연구결과 분류된 자기결정에 대한 인식은“절대적 권리로서 주도적 자기결정형”, “상대적 가치로서 의존적 자기결정형”, “잠재된 능력으로서 반응적 자기결정형”의 3가지 유형으로 도출되었다. 본 연구결과는 지역사회 정신보건현장에서 다양한 시각 차이를 나타내는 정신장애인의 자기결정에 대한 개념을 구체화함으로써 논의를 보다 명확하게 하고, 이를 바탕으로 역량강화를 지향하는 구체적인 실천이 가능하도록 전문가 및 소비자의 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 함의를 제공할 것이다. |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to find out perception types of self-determination in community mental health settings for people with psychiatric disabilities and social workers. For this purpose, this study adopted Q-methodology which was developed mainly to study on the subjective conceptualization of related people on research theme. The 34 selected Q-statements form each of 46 subjects were classified into a normal distribution using a 9 point scale. The collected data analyzed using a Quanl PC program. This study found out three major types of perception of self-determination in community mental health settings for people with psychiatric disabilities and social workers. Three types are ‘leading type as an absolute right’, ‘dependent type as an relative value’ and ‘reactive type as an latent capacity’ This research finding can be used to make clear understanding on diverse voices of related groups about self-determination for people with psychiatric disabilities and this result will attribute to development empowerment practice and professional training program. |
