| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 사회적 기업이 추구하는 사회적ㆍ경제적 성과 즉 취약계층의 고용을 통한 수익창출이라는 성과의 모순관계와 이 두 모순적인 성과에 전통적인 사회경제조직 즉 협동조합 및 비영리법인 조직형태가 갖는 영향을 실증 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2007년부터 2009년까지 전국 252개 조직의 사회적 기업 인증 신청에 대한 노동부 데이터를 분석 자료로 하여, 변수 간의 인과관계 및 조절효과를 선형 회귀분석방법(linear regression method)을 통해 검증하였다. 분석 결과 사회적 기업이 추구하는 사회적 성과와 경제적 성과 간의 모순성이 실증되었고, 사회적 기업의 전통적인 사회경제조직형태(비영리법인 및 협동조합)가 사회적 성과인 취약계층 고용과 경제적 성과인 기업 수익률 간의 부(-)의 관계에 조절효과를 가지고 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 사회적 기업의 모순적인 성과와 관련한 전통적인 사회경제조직형태의 잠재력을 검증함으로써 사회적 기업 육성책의 방향 설정에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this article is the perform, the empirical analysis about contradiction between social and economic aims of social enterprise and a find out interaction effect of it’s traditional social-economic organization, namely non-profit-organization and cooperation. For this purpose, secondary data about 252 social enterprises, which were applied for certification of social enterprise to Korean labour ministry from 2007 to 2009, were analysed through the linear regression method. As a results, it was empirically proved, that social aim and economic aim of social enterprise were existing in contradictory relationship. And the interaction effect of traditional social-economic organization on this verified contradiction of dual aims was founded. So, through this results, potentials of traditional social-economic organization on the contradictory relationship between dual aims of social enterprise was empirically discovered. Finally, it is expected, that this results contribute as a empirical foundation to develop new direction of the existing korean social enterprise policy, which is focused on business logic of profit organization. |
