| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문은 대전ㆍ충청지역에 거주하고 있는 다문화가족 부부를 대상으로 그들의 결혼적응에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고 부부간에는 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 분석하였다. 그 결과, 남편들의 경우 자녀의 수가 적을수록, 의사소통 효율성이 높을수록, 자문화 전달태도를 취할수록, 문화적응 스트레스가 낮을수록 결혼적응이 높게 나타났다. 반면에 아내들은 결혼기간이 짧을수록, 의사소통 효율성이 높을수록, 다문화 수용태도와 자문화 전달태도를 취할수록, 문화적응 스트레스가 낮을수록 결혼적응이 높게 나타났다. 요약하면 부부간의 의사소통 효율성과 자문화 전달태도, 즉 문화적응이 결혼적응에 영향을 미치는 매우 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 본 논문은 성별에 따른 결혼생활의 차이를 이해하고, 부부사이의 친밀도를 더욱 높여 긍정적 관계를 유지할 수 있도록 도움을 주는데 의의가 있으며, 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화가족 부부의 결혼적응을 높일 수 있는 다양한 가족복지실천방안에 대해서도 제언하였다. |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting the marital adjustment of couples from multicultural families and any possible differences between the husbands and wives in that regard. It’s basically meant to get a grip on gender gap in marriage life to boost the intimacy and relationship of married couples. The subject in this study were couples from multicultural families in the regions of Daejeon and Chungcheong province, who included 130 husbands and 153 wives. A structured survey was conducted to gather data. The major findings of the study were as follows: concerning factors affecting marital adjustment, the husbands were better adjusted when they had fewer children, when they had a more efficient communication with their wives, when they made more efforts to convey Korean Culture to their wives, and when they suffered less stress due to cultural adjustment. In the event of the wives, a shorter length of marriage life, higher communication efficiency, better receptive attitude to multiculture, stronger attitude of conveying native culture to spouses and less cultural adjustment stress led to better marital adjustment. The above-mentioned findings suggested that conjugal communication efficiency and cultural adjustment have the most crucial impact on satisfaction level with marriage life. |
