| dc.description.abstract | u-Healthcare 서비스는 의료비절감과 예방관리 보건 등에 관한 사회ㆍ정책적 효과를 기대할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 대안으로서 많은 국가에서 추진하고 있다. 국내의 u-Healthcare 서비스 활성화를 위해서는 u-Healthcare 기술의 표준화와 함께 측정기기와 센서의 정확성, 신뢰성, 안전성을 검증할 수 있는 기반체계가 마련되어야 할 것이다. 법ㆍ제도의 지속적인 추진과 함께 보험수가 산정에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. u-healthcare 서비스 확대 시 의료사고에 대한 법적책임의 명시화와 과잉진료를 통한 건강보험재정 악화를 방지하기 위한 대책이 마련되어야 하며 환자가 대형병원으로 쏠리지 않도록 대형병원과 중소형병원간의 협력관계가 구축되어야 할 것이다. |
