| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 근로빈곤층의 노동이동 특성을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 노동이동횟수를 지표로 사용하였으며, 실증자료를 이용하여 근로빈곤층의 노동이동횟수의 결정 요인을 분석하였다. 분석자료는 한국노동패널 자료 8차년(2005)부터 10차년(2007)의 3년간 자료가 사용되었다. 여기서「근로빈곤층」은 20세 이상의 인구 가운데 취업 중이거나 근로의사가 있는 개인으로서 가구의 소득이 중위소득 60%이하인 가구의 가구원을 말하며, 「노동이동」은 취업과 비취업간의 이행으로 정의되었다. 분석에 사용된 변수는 빈곤여부, 젠더, 학력, 혼인상태, 연령, 생애주기, 종사상지위, 직업훈련경험 유무이다. 분석결과를 단일 변수별로 구분해보면 노동이동 평균횟수는 빈곤여부에 따라, 성별에 따라, 학력의 높고 낮음에 따라, 혼인여부에 따라, 연령대에 따라, 생애주기 단계에 따라, 종사상지위에 따라, 직업훈련경험 유무에 따라 모두 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 노동이동에 대한 젠더 및 생애주기와 빈곤여부의 상호작용효과가 확인되어 빈곤여부가 노동이동에 강한 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 근로빈곤층과 근로비빈곤층 간의 노동이동 차이는 동질연관성 검정으로 확인되었다. 이들 변수간의 상대적 영향력을 파악하기 위하여 포아송중다회귀분석을 적용한 결과 성별, 생애주기, 학력, 종사상지위, 직업훈련 경험유무 집단별로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 특히 노동이동 횟수의 결정요인으로서 젠더와 생애주기는 모형적합도나 결정요인에 있어서 매우 유의한 변수로 확인됨에 따라 향후 고용 정책이나 근로연계복지 정책 연구를 함에 있어 반드시 고려할 사항으로 주목되었다. |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to examine determinants of the labor mobility of the working poor. The KLIPS (Korean Labor and Income Panel Study) data from 8th (2005) to 10th (2007) years was used for empirical analysis. The number of job turnover and taking job was used as indicator of labor mobility. The independent variables are poverty conditions, gender, education, marital status, age, life course, employment status, and job training experience. The result shows that labor mobility is significantly affected by every single independent variable. In addition, there are interactive effects on labor mobility between gender and poverty condition and between life course and poverty condition. These findings confirm that poverty condition has strong influence on labor mobility. A poisson multiple regression analysis shows the relative influence of independent variable on labor mobility. Many variables including gender, life course, education, employment position, job training experience have a significant impact on labor mobility. Specially gender and life course were strongly significant in terms of goodness of fit and determinants, which implies that gender and life course should be considered in the design of employment policies in the future. |
