| dc.description.abstract | 본 고에서는 환자가 발생할 경우 의사와 한의사가 협의하여 치료방법, 치료내용 등에 관한 계획을 수립한 다음 거기에 따라 공동으로 치료함으로써 치료효율과 서비스의 질을 향상시키는 형태의 협진을 바람직한 의미의 양ㆍ한방 협진으로 규정함. 이러한 양ㆍ한방 협진을 활성화하기 위한 대안의 하나로 기존의 연구들에서 제시되고 있는 여러가지 정책대안들과 함께 양ㆍ한방 협진수가의 중요성을 강조하고 있음. 양ㆍ한방 협진수가는 서비스 공급자들이 양ㆍ한방 협진에 적극 참여하도록 하기 위한 유인으로서 뿐만 아니라 소비자의 수요창출, 건강보험 재정안정에 기여할 수 있는 방향으로 설정되어야 한다고 주장하고 있음. 아울러, 양ㆍ한방 협진활성화의 추진단계 및 시기와 관련하여, 질병별로 안전성과 유효성이 있으며 치료효율을 증대시킬수 있는 협진 프로토콜을 개발한 후 의료제도의 개선을 추진해야 한다고 주장하고 있음. |
