| dc.description.abstract | 국민연금발전위원회에서 마련한 국민연금제도 개선안이 입법화를 앞두고 각계의 입장 차이로 논란이 불거지고 있다. 주된 논점은 연급급여수준을 현행대로 유지하느냐 혹은 재정안정화를 위해 하향조정 하느냐에 있다. 이에 대해 국민연금의 개선은 퇴직금의 기업연금화 논의와 함께 근로자의 소득보장문제로 접근하는 방향이 설득력을 얻고 있다. 그리고 국민연금제도의 개선은 특수직역연금의 개선과 아울러 논의하여야 일반국민과 공적특수직역간의 형평성 차원에서 설득력을 얻을 수 있다는 주장이 힘을 얻고 있다. 이에 본 포럼에서는 `이 달의 초점`의 주제로 `국민연금제도 개선을 위한 정책과제`로 선정하고, 각계의 전문가 대담형식으로 진행을 하게 되었다. ◈ 좌 장: 최병호 편집위원장 ◈ 참석자: 원종욱(한국보건사회연구원 연금보험팀장), 윤석명(국민연금연구센타 연구위원), 최동민(한국노동자총연맹 공공서비스 정책기획실장), 이호성(한국경영자총협회 사회복지팀장) |
