| dc.description.abstract | 보건의료서비스 체계에서 중요한 부분 중의 하나가 고가의료장비이다. 고가의료장비는 의학연구와 교육, 진단과 치료 그리고 재활 등 많은 영역에서 의료활동의 효과와 능률을 향상시킨 반면에 급격한 의료비 상승을 야기했다는 부정적인 측면이 제기되고 있다. 우리나라도 의료비에서 고가의료장비 이용이 차지하는 비중이 점차 증가하고 있다. 따라서 고가의료장비의 적정수급 및 효율적인 이용은 우리가 직면한 보건의료문제 중 중요한 것이며, 이러한 관점에서 고가의료장비 수급계획이 필요하다 하겠다. 본고에서는 이러한 보건의료자원조사결과에 근거하여 보건의료장비 중 고가의료장비의 지역별 및 의료기관종별 분포와 국제비교를 통한 적정성을 평가하여 고가의료장비 정책수립과 관련한 정책적인 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. |
