| dc.description.abstract | 현행 퇴직금제도를 유지하는 경우 기업의 퇴직금 채무는 갈수록 누적되어 근로자에 대한 퇴직금지급 보장여력을 약화시키고 기업 경영을 압박알 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 문제를 극복이기 위하여 최근 퇴직금을 연금보험(‘기업연금’)으로 전환하기 위한 논의가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본고는 현행 퇴직금제도하에서 기업이 향후 안고 가야 할 미적립 채무규모를 추정함으로써 장래에 봉착하게 될 위험성을 경고하고 있으며, 기업연금제도로 이행할 경우에 채무발생위험의 감소효과와 연금보험시장의 장래 규모를 추산하였다. |
