| dc.description.abstract | 보건ㆍ복지서비스의 동합은 보다 나은 서비스를 위하여 ‘보건서비스’와 ‘사회서비스’를 결합하는 것으로 정의할 수 있는데, 보건ㆍ복지 통합서비스의 혜택을 받는 계층은 신체적, 발달적 혹은 인지적 장애를 가지거나 만성적 질병 및 와상상태에 있는 노인 등 보건ㆍ복지의 복합적 욕구를 가진 계층이다. 영국은 보건ㆍ복지의 기존조직이 분리되어 있는 상태에서 사례관리라는 방식의 도입을 통하여 보건ㆍ복지서비스 통합을 시도하고 있는 나라이다. 따라서 본 글에서는 지역사회보호 발전과 보건ㆍ복지서비스 통합방법으로서 사례관리룰 도입하고 있는 영국의 경험에 대한 평가와 우리 나라에 대한 시사점을 알아보았다. |
