dc.description.abstract	인구구조변화와 밀접한 관련이 있는 노후소득보장제도는 국민연금과 기초연금, 퇴직연금 등으로 외형적으로는 다층체계가 구축되어 있다고 볼 수 있다. 고령화가 빠르게 진행될 것으로 예상됨에 따라 현재 노후소득보장체계를 그대로 유지한다고 하더라도 현 세대와 미래 세대의 보장수준은 서로 차이가 있다. 본 연구에서는 미래 급격한 인구변화에 대비하여 국민연금과 기초연금, 퇴직연금 등 노후소득보장제도의 세대별 보장수준과 부담수준을 전망하고 실증분석결과를 토대로 중장기 정책방향을 검토하였다. 최근 출산률과 기대수명 추이 등에 따른 2021년 통계청 장래인구추계결과를 반영한 미래의 노후소득보장수준 전망과 이를 토대로 한 노후소득보장의 정책방향을 검토하였다.
dc.description.abstract	The system of old-age income security, which is closely linked to demographic change, is a multi-pillar system consisting of the national pension, the basic pension and the retirement pension plan. As the population is expected to age rapidly, even if the current system of income security in old age remains in place, the level of security for current and future generations will differ. This study forecasts the level of old-age income for each generation, including the national pension, the basic pension and the retirement pension, in preparation for rapid demographic change in the future, and examines the policy direction of a multi-pillar system based on the results of the analysis.
