dc.description.abstract	이 연구는 최근 20여년의 연구결과에 기초하여, 여성고용과 출산, 그리고 양자의 관계가 어떻게 변화해왔는가를 검토하였다. 2010년대 중반 이후 여성의 일과 출산의 관계에서 변화가 관찰되었으며, 보육서비스, 육아휴직제도, 보육료지원 등의 정책은 여성이 일과 출산 양립가능성에 서로 다른 효과를 발휘하고 있어 정교한 정책설계가 필요하다.
dc.description.abstract	Based on a literature review, this study examines how women's employment, childbearing, and the relationship between the two have changed. Since the mid-2010s, changes have been observed not only in the fertility rate, but also in the relationship between women's work and childbirth. We also reviewed studies on the impact of work-life balance support policies on female employment and fertility.
