| dc.description.abstract | 주민생활지원서비스개편을 통해 새로운 복지전달체계가 운영되고 있으며, 2008년 들어 중앙, 광역, 지역자활센터로 이어지는 체계적인 전달체계가 완비되어, 정부, 지자체 및 자활전달체계간의 연계가 가능하게 되었다. 자활사업의 지속적인 발전을 위해서는 첫째, 자활참여자ㆍ자활사업ㆍ전달체계 등에 평가와 모니터링의 기능이 강화될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 자활전달체계를 통해 다양한 자활사업 아이템의 구상과 지역 특성을 고려한 사업 개발에 대한 중앙 및 광역차원에서의 지원이 필요하다. 셋째, 자활사업 참여자 및 지역자활센터 직원들에 대한 교육프로그램의 강화가 필요하다. 넷째, 자활센터 직원들에 대한 인센티브와 처우가 현실화 되어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 자활전달체계에서 중요한 사항은 공공간, 공공과 민간간, 민간기관 간에 유기적인 관계설정이 있어야 할 것이다. |
