dc.description.abstract	외로움의 부정적 영향 및 심각성에 대한 사회적 인식이 증가하면서 일부 국가들은 외로움을 사회적 위험으로 인정하고, 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 전략을 마련하고 있다. 독일 연방정부 또한 ‘외로움 대응 전략(Strategie gegen Einsamkeit)’을 통해 적극적 대응에 나서고 있어 주목을 끌고 있다. 이 글에서는 독일 사회의 외로움 실태에 대해 알아보고 독일 연방 가족･노인･여성･청소년부가 추진 중인 외로움 대응 전략의 구체적 내용 및 특징을 파악한다.
dc.description.abstract	As social awareness grows of loneliness and its adverse and grave impact, some countries have recognized it as a social risk and have taken actions from various angles to address it. Germany, in particular, has drawn attention with its Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women, and Youth recently initiating efforts to implement its “Strategy against Loneliness.” This article explores the current state of loneliness in Germany, as well as the features and components of the Strategy against Loneliness.
