| dc.description.abstract | 본고는 여성장애인의 낮은 교육수준과 경제활동참가율의 문제가 인적자원 개발과 개발된 인적자원의 유용한 활용이라는 관점으로 접근하여, 현재의 여성장애인리더 데이터 구축방식을 재고할 뿐 아니라 관련 정책 및 프로그램을 조사하여 여성장애인 역량강화를 위한 리더발굴방안을 제안하였다. 또한 여성장애인리더 발굴뿐 아니라 여성장애인 리더데이터베이스 구축의 필요성을 강조하며 청년 여성장애인 리더그룹의 육성방안 및 이러한 인력의 적극적 활용에 대한 필요함을 강조하였다. |
