| dc.description.abstract | 노인장기요양보험제도가 시행된 지 2년, 짧은 시간 내에 인력을 확보하기 위해 요양보호사의 교육기관을 쉽게 설립할 수 있도록 하고 요양보호사의 자격취득 요건을 최대한 완화한 결과 단기간 내에 많은 수의 요양보호인력을 양성할 수 있었다. 교육기관 신고제를 지정제로 전환하고 요양보호사 자격시험을 도입하였으나 요양보호사의 자질과 전문지식을 담보하기 위한 시스템을 지속적으로 보완해 나가야 한다. |
