| dc.description.abstract | 오바마대통령의 미국 건강보험개혁이 지난 2010년 3월 30일 최종적으로 완성되면서 앞으로 미국 의료체계 및 전 국민에게 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 미국 건강보험 개혁의 내용 중, 높은 의료서비스의 필요성과 고액의 의료비 지출 경향을 보이는 노인인구에 초점을 맞추어 개혁내용을 살펴보았다. 노인관련 개혁법안의 특징은 1) 메디케어프로그램 강화, 2) Aging in Place 실현노력, 3) 요양기관 및 간병인력 관리 강화, 4) 의료서비스 모델 개선, 그리고 5) 노인정의법 강화로 구분될 수 있으며, 각 내용은 미국 및 한국 건강보험 및 의료부문에 시사점을 준다. |
