| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라의 사회복지서미스는 1차 사회안전망인 사회보험과 2차 사회안전망인 공공부조에 비해서 취약한 부분이다. 경제발전수준에 걸맞는 복지국가로 도약하기 위해서는 복지서비스 부문에 대한 투자가 증가되어야 할 것이다. 사회복지서비스는 잔여적 복지에서 벗어나 보편적 복지로 확장될 수 있는 여지가 가장 많은 분야이므로 이 분야에 대한 투자를 통해서 우리나라도 복지국가로서의 위상이 제대로 갖추어질 수 있게 될 것이다. 본 고에서는 복지서비스 대상 중 일부 취약계층인 아동, 장애인, 다문화가족에 초점을 두고 복지 관련 현황과 복지수준 제고 방안을 고찰을 보았다. 특히 새롭게 대두되고 있는 사회적 위협이나 필요에 대한 적절한 대응전략을 마련을 위해 아동청소년 성폭력 문제, 장애인 삶의 수준 향상을 위한 소득보장 및 장기요양보장제도 실태, 다문화가족의 현황과 복지욕구 등을 다루었다. 세 유형 취약계층의 규모의 실태 또는 정책 추친 현황을 살펴본 뒤, 정보가 이러한 취약계층의 삶의 수준을 제고 하기 위해 마련해야 할 주요 향후 추진방향을 제안하였다. |
