dc.description.abstract	이 글에서는 일하는 사람의 일-생활 균형 전반을 살펴보고, 일-생활 균형과 삶의 만족 사이의 관계를 파악하였다. 일-생활 균형은 특히 가족 특성에 따른 영향이 크다. 따라서 대표적인 가족관련 조건을 중심으로 차이와 특성을 파악하고 여러 환경에서의 일-생활 균형을 위해 다각적인 고려의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다. 결혼 상태, 자녀 유무, 가족 유형에 따른 일-생활 균형 만족 정도, 그리고 일-생활 균형과 삶의 만족 관계를 분석하고 시사점을 제시한다. 기혼에 집중된 일·가족 양립에서 나아가 일과 개인 생활의 균형 및 삶의 질에 대한 관심이 더욱 요구된다. 30, 40대 양육자, 미취학 자녀 양육자, 여성의 경우 등에게는 집중적이고 지속적인 정책적 지원이 필요하다. 일정 수준의 일-생활 균형을 유지하는 것은 자녀가 있는 삶의 만족에 매우 중요하다. 가족 내 돌봄을 주로 담당하는 양육자가 없거나 돌봄 서비스 구매가 자유롭지 않은 가족에 대한 지원이 필요해 보이며, 가족 내 양육자 수 등 가족의 환경과 변화를 고려한 정책적 발전이 필요한 시점이다.
dc.description.abstract	The current article attempts to understand the overall work-life balance of working people and to identify the relationship between work-life balance and life satisfaction. Because work-life balance is particularly affected by family characteristics, this article emphasizes the importance of providing various work-life balance environments by identifying the variations and characteristics of representative family-related factors. This article analyzes the work-life balance satisfaction level and the relationship between work-life balance and life satisfaction by marital status, children's conditions, and family types. Based on the results, I suggest policy directions for work-life balance. Political interest in the balance between work and personal life and quality of life is needed. Policies should focus on improving the work-life balance for women, workers in their 30s and 40s, and those with preschool children. Policymakers should also consider ways to improve work-life balance and life satisfaction not only for families with no primary caregiver but also for families that cannot purchase care services. Furthermore, work-life balance policies should reflect family changes in Korean society and take into account small families, such as single-parent families.
