dc.description.abstract	- 최근 국내의 미세먼지 농도는 감소하는 추세이나, 코로나19 이후 대기오염 농도에 변화가 있을 수 있기 때문에 미세먼지 대응 정책을 지속적으로 점검할 필요가 있음. - 서울 지역의 미세먼지 데이터와 사망 데이터를 분석한 결과, 일부 민감계층에서 저농도 미세먼지의 단기간 노출과 사망 위험 간의 연관성이 관찰되었음. - 미국과 캐나다에서는 질병통제예방센터, 환경보호국, 보건부, 환경기후변화국에서 미세먼지 및 대기오염 대응 사업을 마련하고 있으며, 고농도 미세먼지가 발생했을 때의 행동 지침 및 보건서비스를 다양한 민감·취약계층에게 맞게 세분화하여 제공하고 있음. - 향후 국내에서는 미세먼지의 최신 위해성 평가를 지속할 필요가 있으며, 미세먼지 모니터링을 강화하고, 민감·취약계층이 미세먼지 노출을 피할 수 있는 보건 서비스를 제공하며, 다중이용시설을 대상으로 한 실내 공기질 검사 수행 체계를 지속적으로 점검할 필요가 있음.
