dc.description.abstract	이 글은 광역지방자치단체 저출산 대응 정책 추진 현황에 대한 모니터링 결과이다. 이를 바탕으로 정책 개선 대안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 제4차 저출산고령사회기본계획 2021년도 시행계획의 전반적인 내용을 바탕으로 정책 분야별 사업 수와 예산 규모, 내용 및 구성상 한계점을 검토하였다. 검토 내용을 토대로 효과적인 정책 추진 현황 관리를 위한 시행계획 사업 분류 틀, 성과평가 체계 구축을 역설하였다. 또한 지방자치단체 저출산고령사회대응위원회와 같은 지역의 저출산 대응 정책 거버넌스 체계 개편, 시행계획 작성 관련 개선의 필요성을 함께 제시하였다. 이 글의 정책 개선 대안은 광역지방자치단체가 정책 추진 주체이자 관할 구역 내 기초지방자치단체 간 조율 및 관리 주체, 중앙·기초 간 정책 소통의 매개체라는 특성에 주목한 데 기인한다.
dc.description.abstract	This article presents the current status of fertility policies put into effect by local governments in Korea, and suggests the future direction for policy improvement. In reviewing the 4th Basic Plan for Low Fertility and Aging Society implemented in 2021, we examined the number and budget size of projects underway in different policy areas. In addition, this article outlines the limitations these projects have and presents what should be done to make improvements on them in terms of their substance and composition. This article emphasizes the need for the establishment of a project classification framework to promote effective management of policy implementation, establishment of performance evaluation system, reorganization of fertility policy governance system, and improvements related to the preparation of action plans.
