| dc.description.abstract | 우리나라의 보건복지수준은 경제사회의 발전에 따라 변화하여 왔으며, 이에 대한 국민의식도 크게 변화하여 왔다. 특히 저출산의 지속에 따른 인구구조의 변화로 인한 사회경제적 부담이 증가하고 있으며, 영양수급의 향상과 보건에 대한 관심증대 그리고 국민건강의 질적 향상을 위한 보건정책의 추진에 따라 평균수명은 지속적으로 증가하여 이제는 선진국 수준에 이르렀다. 그러나 어느 국가보다 높은 자살에 의한 사망률, 그리고 암사망률의 증가, 비만 혹은 과체중 인구비율의 증가 등과 같은 부정적인 결과도 나타나고 있다. 복지측면에서는 전국민의 건강보험적용, 사회복지지출의 증가 등이 이루어졌으나 노인인구비율의 증가로 노인급여비의 비중이 크게 높아지고 있으며, 다른 사회복지지출비도 지속적으로 높아지는 경향을 보이고 있다. |
