| dc.description.abstract | 아플라톡신 등 곰팡이 독소류는 사람과 동물에 위해한 물질로 질환을 일으키며, 특히 아플라톡신과 후모니신은 발암성이 입증되어 국가전 안전관리가 필요한 물질로 대두되고 있고, 각국은 곰팡이 독소류에 관한 허용기준(사료 포함)을 설정하여 관리하고 있다. 곰팡이 독소류는 곡류는 주로 섭취하는 우리나라 사람의 식생활 행태상 매우 주의하여야 위해물질로 1차 농산물 오염, 오염된 농산물의 수입, 오염된 재료의 가공 등 일련의 과정을 통해 건강에 위해를 끼치게 되는데 외국과 달리 우리나라는 아플라톡신 과 파튤린에 관해서만 허용기준이 설정되어 있다. 유통되는 옥수수에서 푸모니신 오염은 이미 밝혀진 바 있으며, 곰팡이 독소류를 안전하게 관리하기 위해서는, 타당한 허용기준치 설정, 교육 및 홍보 확대, 각 부처를 포함한 관력기관의 적정한 업무분장 설정, 지속적인 모니터링 실시, 수입검역체계 강화 등의 조치가 필요하다. |
