| dc.description.abstract | 식중독 발생의 증가추세와 함께 대형화 및 탈계절화 양상과 신종 바이러스의 등장, 낮은 원인식품규명률 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 현 식중독 관리현황을 심층적으로 분석한 후 식중독 초기 대응체계, 조사체계, 검사체계, 조사결과 확인체계, 보고체계, 사후관리, 보도, 기타 제도개선 사항 등으로 단계별 세부 개선방안을 현 실태와 비교하면서 제안하였다. 식중독 관리체계 개선을 위하여 제안된 체계적 개선방안들은 식중독 발생예방을 위한 정부정책의 실현방안으로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다. |
