dc.description.abstract	이 연구는 청년들의 생애사 차원의 변화와 삶의 환경 변화에 조응할 수 있는 청년정책의 원칙과 방향성 설정을 목적으로 한다. 전통적 이행과정이 오늘날 어떻게 변모하고 있는지를 살펴보고, 청년들의 삶의 환경 변화를 인구구조 변화, 노동시장 환경 변화, 기후변화를 중심으로 살펴보고 사회보장정책으로써의 청년정책의 원칙과 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과를 통해 오늘날 청년들은 과거에 비해 성인으로의 이행과정에 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있고, 다차원적 접근을 통해 청년세대 내에서도 이행과정에 더 큰 어려움을 겪고 있는 계층이 존재함을 재확인하였다. 또한 빠른 속도의 인구구조 변화, 노동시장 환경변화, 기후변화는 청년들의 삶에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이에 청년들의 안전하고 완전한 이행을 지원할 수 있는 청년정책을 수립하기 위한 원칙과 방향성을 제시하였다.
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this study is to diagnose the environmental changes in the lives of young people and to suggest the principles and directions of youth policy in the future. In accordance with this purpose, the actual situation of young people in Korea was reviewed with a focus on the transition to adulthood, and the status of related policies was reviewed. And demographic change, labor market change, and climate change were set as major environmental changes, and the impact of each change on youth life was diagnosed. In addition, the direction of future youth policy is presented by synthesizing the above discussion. By examining the policy responsiveness of existing youth policies, we present the principles and directions that youth policies should adhere to, and suggest specific policy tasks that match them.
