| dc.description.abstract | 본 글은 지난 2003년부터 시작된 평가판정 체계개발과 관련된 연구결과와 수발보험제도 1차 시범사업 자료에 의한 평가를 근거로 하여 2차 시범사업에 사용되어질 체계를 보완하는 목적으로 실시된 2006년 연구결과를 중심으로 작성되었다. 본 고의 중요한 목적은 수발보험 평가판정체계에 대한 정확한 이해와 쟁점들을 짚어보는 데 있다. 우리나라 노인수발보험제도는‘수발인정시간’을 기준으로 하여 등급판정을 실시하고 있다. 본 연구는 그간의 연구를 종합하여 5개 요양욕구 영역에서 44개 항목을 평가하도록 정하였으며, 동시에 기존 시설에서 조사한 1분 타임스디와 기능평가자료를 통해 생성된 수발인정시간을 기준으로 수발인정 등급을 5개의 등급으로 구분하여 정책에 활용될 수 있도록 제시하였다. |
