dc.description.abstract	이 글은 지금의 인구 변화를 사회 재생산의 위기로 진단하고, 사회정책적 관점에서 인구정책의 향후 과제를 제안하고자 한다. 최근의 인구 변화는 결혼, 출산, 국내 이동과 같은 개인 인구행동의 변화에서 시작되는 것이며, 주요 인구지표는 한국 사회의 고유한 가족부양체계와 사회구조의 누적된 결과로 해석된다. 따라서 제4차 저출산·고령사회 기본계획을 중심으로 국민 개인의 삶의 질을 개선하여 사회문제를 해결하고 인구지표의 개선을 기대해야 한다. 특히 가족 형성기의 경제적 기반을 강화하기 위하여 청년 세대 주거 지원을 확대하고, 일·생활 균형을 위한 모성보호제도를 개선하며, 초등 돌봄에 대한 보편적 서비스 도입을 검토할 필요가 있다.
dc.description.abstract	This paper aims to suggest future agendas for population policy from a social policy point of view, which diagnose the current population change as a crisis of social reproduction.The recent demographic change begins with changes in individual population behavior such as marriage, childbirth, and domestic movement, and major demographic indicators are interpreted as cumulative results of the family support system and social structure unique to Korean society. Therefore, it is necessary to solve social problems and expect improvement in population indicators by improving the quality of life of individuals, centering on the 4th Plan for Aging Society and Population.In particular, it is necessary to expand housing support for the young generation, improve the maternity and parental leaves for work-life balance, and review the introduction of universal care for primary school children in order to strengthen the economic basis of families in their formation period.
