dc.description.abstract	이 글은 보호서비스 제공인력의 직무 내용 및 특성을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 직무분석 방법 중 하나인 DACUM 방식을 활용하여 보호서비스 제공인력의 구체적 직무 내용과 특성을 확인해 보았다. 보호서비스 제공인력의 양성과 효율적 업무 수행을 위해 업무에서 활용 가능한 교육과정 개발과 훈련체계 마련, 보호서비스 영역의 통합 직무 개발, 추가적인 자격인증제 등을 제안하였다.
dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this article is to confirm the job description and characteristics of protective service workers. For this purpose, DACUM (Developing A Curriculum), a job analysis method, was used. We checked the specific job contents and characteristics of protective service workers. This article proposes to develop a curriculum for the training and work of protective service workers and the integrated job development of protective services.
